Starting the Journey
Every new Client will then undergo a Functional Screening and Evaluation. Here we will learn exactly how your body moves and what corrections you may need. Through your first few weeks we will Educate you on how to correct and prevent any future ailments and/or imbalances and teach you how to move properly and efficiently. From this point every Clients journey will take a different path based off their needs and goals.
